I've been working with the BBC French website. I tested my level of French using http://www.bbc.co.uk/languages/french/gauge/ and was recommended to try the Talk French section. I've been watching the videos on leisure http://www.bbc.co.uk/languages/french/talk/leisure/ - they're useful because you can turn on subtitles and listen and read at the same time. A few useful expressions I picked up:
Je fais du skate
Je pratique la plongée sous marine (scuba diving)
Je fais du snow-board
